I can’t say enough about Durham Radiology! I had to bring my special needs daughter for X-rays on Feb. 9/21. I called ahead and explained our complex circumstances to the Ladies on the phone and they ALL went out of their way to help me. They had a room ready for my daughter, they were more than accommodating & so very patient with us. There wasn’t anything left undone! Their compassion and understanding towards my daughter & myself was so amazing and heartfelt. This will be my go to for X-rays in the future. I cannot thank the Ladies enough for all they did for my daughter! Great job & I thank you from the bottom of my heart! ?

Awesome service. Had an appointment this morning and another one in two weeks time. When I arrived Kia (reception) and Meer (technician} were discussing me and deciding which of the tests should occur today and leave the other for my next visit. After completing my two tests, Meer suggested that he would do my paperwork on his lunch break and perform the third test today. That would save me fasting again and I would also not have to return for another visit during these covid times. How awesome is that to go above and beyond for someone else’s comfort and safety. I went to this location on two occasions. On my first visit, I went for an 8 week dating ultrasound for my first pregnancy. I was not provided a print out as the tech said "it was too early". When my husband called to ask why (since we have friends who received photos at 7 weeks), the receptionist changed their story and said it was because there was no printer in that room. Two different stories. For my next visit, I went for an ultrasound for my 12 week IPS screening. The tech barely said two words to me, wouldn't tell me if there was a heartbeat, wouldn't show me the screen or anything. She then printed a photo for me and said she wouldn't do the screening because the baby was too small. I was then told I could leave my appointment. When I got outside, I was panicking as I didn't know if my baby was alive or not. I called the clinic and they said that it was against policy to discuss heartbeats so I said please put the tech on the phone. After five minutes, the receptionist came back on the phone and said they couldn't discuss it and in fact they didn't even ask the tech. When I got home, my husband saw that I was upset and called the clinic. We were shown the heartbeat the first visit, so it's there's no reason why I couldn't have been shown on the second visit if all was well. After arguing with the receptionist, they put the tech on the phone who told my husband and I quote "I told your wife there WAS a heartbeat". This calmed me down and reassured me that everything was okay. I then got a call from my family doctor an hour later who told me there was no heartbeat and that the baby had not survived passed 9 weeks. The technician lied on the phone. She had either lied to get off the phone or not cared enough to know which patient she was talking to. I understand there is only so much they can say in their role as technicians, however she straight up lied on the phone. I had two bad experiences with two different technicians. I will never go back to this clinic and recommend just that to anyone who is pregnant.

They are the rudest team. Front end or lady doing ultrasound. This is my second baby, I’ve been to so many clinics throughout both, and never have I had the experience I had here. Go anywhere else! They are cold, unaccommodating, during Covid and still.

Thank you SO much to Adrienne and Cindy at Durham Radiology Associates! I made a mistake with my prenatal screening bloodwork & ultrasound timing which resulted in me needing an ultrasound right away. Adrienne and Cindy worked to squeeze me into the schedule, despite being fully booked. They went out of their way to help me and were so incredibly kind. Today could have been really stressful for me, but because of their kindness and willingness to help, it wasn’t. I really can’t thank you enough!

It was my first time at this clinic and it was truly a wonderful experience. Kate was my ultrasound tech; she is so welcoming, kind and made sure I was comfortable. The receptionist Adrienne was also so lovely, she was very kind, and helpful. Truly a wonderful team! Highly recommend going to this location. Nothing but an amazing experience from this clinic!

5-star for me Always great service, prompt, efficient, knowledgeable staff and quick service. Most importantly friendly staff. Shout out specifically to Adrienne at the Bowmanville clinic. Last week while doing her rounds of calling patients to confirm their appointments for the following day, I had asked her if I can get a 3:00PM appointment instead due to a scheduling conflict on my end, my appointment was for 2:40PM She was kind enough to put me on hold and call the next patient on her list who was scheduled for 3:00PM Luckily the other patient was able to switch with me. Adrienne handled my request with confidence and with a desire to help. She went above and beyond and did not come across as overwhelmed with the request. Thank you Adrienne, workers like this are a dime a dozen. Great job and thank you so much!
