★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our non-profit ordered a ramp from this business. We were not provided with basic documentation such as a receipt and user manual and had to ask for it twice. The unit is brand new and inoperable because it is missing a piece of equipment. Duraramp has said that we would need to do the repair ourselves with no mechanical expertise.
This is directly from the General Manager:
"Key stock is very commonly available at most hardware stores is inexpensive and simple to install ... we would be happy to walk you thru the process."
