The customer service is Terrible, and the product is the worst I've ever seen. I walked in there asking them to use sikkens on my job, and the convinced me to use the house brand because it was "way better" , and that 2 of the sikkens guys left sikkens and went to wood tone and made there own stain.... Well that stain failed miserably and when they came to visit the job, the idiot actually said that I put it on wrong.... Lol!!! the funny part was that they were the ones who put it on.... Wow!!! Then another idiot from wood tone said that he wood give me a couple of cans of the same garbage!! It didnt work the first time you put it on mister!!! So stay away from this place at all costs!!! Yes they will definitely rip you off and sell you garbage. Oh I also forgot that when they sold it to me, they claimed that sikkens had a useless warranty, and that wood tone has a 5 year warranty, Well mine failed after the first year!!! Where's the 5 year warranty you mentioned wood tone???? I worked extremely hard for the money I spent on your garbage product with NO WARRANTY! I truly hope that you go bankrupt for ripping your customers off! You know , the people who pay you to survive??!!??!!
B	B S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called numerous retails they (Woodtone) list as being able to get the products through, none of them had even heard of the product that they are supposed to be a retailer for. Woodtone directed me to a distributor. The distributor refused to give me a quote, and would only deal with a retailer supplier. So I had one of the aforementioned retail suppliers contact the distributor (after I had inform them about a product they are supposed to carry, according to Woodtone), and the distributor STILL wouldn't give a quote to the retail building supplier. Woodtone hasn't been able to direct me to anyone who 1) actually knows what this product is, 2) is willing/able to sell it to anyone. If it's this difficult to purchase, I can't imagine dealing with a warranty issue. Hard pass.

The office staff will tell you it's a great place to work cause they have it all set up good in their office, as for production workers, anything that goes wrong it is automatically their fault, even though they did what they were told, but management doesn't care, they think the workers are the problem. It would be better to rate this company negative as a past worker, it does it justice. They have no loyalty, if you don't feel comfortable doing something, they will just look for someone who will do it, and they will end up firing you. Workers are paid low wages that doesn't make up for all of the hard work they do and get no gratitude for, unless it comes from the upper management, other than that, the plant manager thinks the team is the issue and not the way he tells people to do it. I suggest don't work for this company, as you have no chance of moving up.
