The most unprofessional receptionists I've ever dealt with. It's no wonder there's so many reviews about their poor attitudes. Their manager is just as confrontational so makes sense why the rest of them conduct themselves the way they do. They aren't accountable for their mistakes and will place all blame on the patients. I work in healthcare as a receptionist and if I ever spoke to clients the way they do I'd lose my job. Be wary if you leave a review, they do read them, are unprofessional enough to bring it up to you, and they will penalize you for it by making it even more difficult to book an appt. It's a shame that people with health issues have to rely on people as insensitive and unethical as the staff at this location.

The most rude reception I have never been more humiliated and talked to the way I have by the reception at a doctors office. Absolutely avoidable and irrelevant this lady insulted me because the door was open and I didn't see the full capacity sign and there was no one else even inside. I turned around and walked out feeling angry insulted imbaressed on top of being ill. They put signs up they won't tolerate any abuse but yet they can belittle and treat the patients with disrespect ? Horrifying.

1 star is too much. DO NOT GO HERE if you expect any level of service or compassion from the doctors. 5 min appointments so they can ram as many people through in the day regardless of the person's issue. I was made to feel like a waste of the doctors time and he was incredibly rude. The worst service I have recieved in my life anywhere.

It makes me very disappointed in humanity to read some of the post made. How dare any of you come down on this extremely busy, not to mention only functioning walk in clinic between Victoria and North Island. I have had the pleasure of attending this walk in clinic numerous times over the past 2 years- They have adapted during the Pandemic and their doors and phone lines always open. Can any of you say the same about yourself? What do you do for a living? Keyboard warriors have emerged out of this pandemic at a sickening rate. How about a little patience and kindness and thankfulness to the doctors and staff- How about you complain to your regular doctors that "can't see you" - Get angry with them. You all are the reasons all the walkins are closing their doors to the general public. Grow a set and say your peace to the face of the MOAS you say treat you so unkindly- Perhaps have empathy for them and the doctors- Perhaps take responsibilty for your actions- Perhaps STAY HOME if you are sick and take care like you are supposed to. take care now, all you losers

The receptionists in this clinic are both great! I can’t imagine what they go through on a daily basis with helping people to attend to their needs but they were pleasant and kind to myself and noted everyone else who came in. Even on the telephone. Thank you to them

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I went in for stitches to be removed after a surgery and had other concerns. I was rushed through and told to go back to urgent care, or speak with my surgeon who was the one who told me to go to walk-in in the first place. He told me to go back to the waiting room and wait for the person who would remove my stitches and walked away. Completely ignoring my other concerns post surgery. This is borderline criminal. Zero compassion, incredibly rude from reception to attending. I left in tears.

This is my first time at a walk in clinic and my experience was positive. I did have to wait 2 hrs to see a doctor but was expecting this. Waiting area is fine. My doctor was female. Sorry I didn't get her name. She listened to my concerns, did an exam ( I have had a sore throat for 10 days and wanted to rule out infection) and gave me her medical opinion. I felt heard and was releived to have been able to have my concerns checked out in person!! The receptionist was very personable. Bases on my experience I would recommend this clinic...just be patient and expect to wait..

My family came down with a stomach bug a week ago. My two kids and wife got over it quickly, however myself and my youngest at 15 months have not. He's been throwing up and just today he's been getting wheezy. I myself don't feel great still either. My son has DIAGNOSED allergies, just making it clear for all the other people who claim to have allergies, and yet this is what took place. My wife attempted to take him at the beginning of the week when the illness first began. She was turned away because of COVID, Flu and Cold symptoms. He's sick and had been for more than 24 hours and the family doctor is unavailable. My wife then attempted again to take him 2 days later again turned away and we can get a doctor to call you. Emergency is overwhelmed by the cold weather and rising COVID cases... By the way the doctor never called. So today he's wheezy and still sick, the clinic turned him away. The reception asked if he had any cold or flu symptoms. The response was he's vomiting and still and today started wheezing. We called 811 and they told us to take him to the walk in. I think it's time to start a class action against this clinic. Since when do doctors get to turn people away for being sick. We were promised a phone call again which will never come I'm sure. Tell me how can a doctor diagnose an illness over a phone... Specifically a respiratory illness. Anyone who feels they have been treated unjustly be this clinic let's come together a lodge a formal group complaint to the BC Medical Board.
