★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brianne from the health centre; when you deal with clients on the phone and then openly mock them afterwards with a waiting room full of other clients, you make the clients that are there in person extremely uncomfortable. If you're going to be a part of such a sensitive part of many girls and women's lives, you may want to be more respectful.
