Was a lively place to hold the Cowichan Cares event. I must go back another day when I have time to really look around.

Attended a fun dart night with my friend. Watch people play a round robin of games. Lots of laughs and fun.

Beautiful Lake front views from the entire lodge. Perfect place for a wedding reception and the ground even have a gazebo to use. You need to see this place to believe it.

It's old, but homey. Right on the lake with a nice view and playground. The basketball area is a bit in disrepair but generally the facilities are nice for medium to large events.

FOR our 1 hr long ~ Strike, Fusion and Core JAZZERCISE Classes this water front location is perfect. This venue features bouncy wooden floors for impact and playground for the kids. Inside and out the beautiful panoramic lake view keep us inspired and satisfied.

If you are in Duncan B.C. and need a beautiful spot in the water. With a white gazebo in the grass with beautiful views. This is the place!!!!? Full kitchen and separate bar area stage washrooms. Coat room. I have personally decorated a friend's wedding and did our family Hina Charania celebrated her 40th there today. Lots of room beautiful waterfront venue. A must see people????

The Ambiance and the surroundings are beautiful I couldn't believe the color of the building a very poor choice very drab and just ugly and what's with the door that you first see it's only half done what's going on there? Other things looked absolutely beautiful the playground gorgeous paint job so beautiful so happy looks like a very fun place the gazebo wonderful this place could really be spruced up and being absolutely stunning wedding location and other High flutin events but it does need a lot of help but potentially and the few things that are there are absolutely top-notch but please try and change your building color baby barf just doesn't quite cut it in my opinion

After hearing the lodge had a great hill to sled down, my family and I went to have some fun after my husband got home at 5pm. Having never been to the lodge before we were unsure of what to expect so we walked to the park/hill to check it out. Someone who was clearing the parking lot of snow (I am assuming a grounds keeper?) began screaming at us that we had to leave and it was after hours. We apologized and said we were unaware the hill closed as there were no hours of operation online. It was only about 5:30 pm at the time, but its winter so it is dark. As we began walking back to our car he continued to be extremely rude, yelling at us that we need to stop coming after dark, that we were trespassing and that there are signs up telling us we couldn't be there after dark. The only sign we saw driving home was a "no trespassing" sign down the street at the entrance of the parking lot which seemed to be in regard to the parking lot and building? No where on the park or hill were there signs saying it is a private property with running hours. Having never been before we didn't know if the park beside was public, and maybe we were trespassing (that is our fault) but that is never a reason to scream at us after we had explained we were unaware and co-operated immediately. I was extremely disappointed by the behaviour of that staff member. It was completely unprofessional, unnecessary, and really scared the kids. We wont be going back.
