★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service for my friend. She can’t stop complaining about how rude and unprofessional this dump guy was. He even scratched her pavement and demanded payment before invoice was provided.
Please stay away from this company. I have spoken to multiple different construction companies in town and lots of bad feed back about Criss Galo.
You are a bad man.... do not give moneys to this one.
Thank you.
Hope you find the lord and stop this bad business practice....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t be fooled by the lower rate, he will try to claim that your load is overweight and try to charge you extra without showing any proof with landfill receipts. Also deceived us into paying twice and is now refusing to pay back money. I see on these reviews we are not the only ones that he has been dishonest with. We are now using another company and have had no problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged me $545. Told me it would be picked up Monday, tomorrow is Thursday it is still in my driveway. I asked for a discount, as everyday I was told he was picking it up, his response was rude, and unprofessional stating, "Read your invoice." Which I haven't received, nor have I received a receipt which I've already paid in full. Unreliable and over charged me almost $200 by his own prices on line, which I just saw looking at the website. Clearly not honest either. Never use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I set up a bin rental through Chris Gallo for a shingle roof removal. he quoted me a price of 467$ over the phone....then gave my customer an invoice for 543.20$ Then after being 4 days late for p/u told my customer a story about her roof weighing 3 tonne with some made up measurements to justify it. I am a red seal tickited roofer who also has his 22 tonne and under hyabb ticket, and has loaded hundreds of roofs. my customers weighed about 2800-3200 lbs. DON'T USE THIS GUY. he is a crook

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was by far the worst demonstration of service we have ever experienced. It has been almost a year and we still have not been provided what we paid for. Do NOT provide payment in advance as Chris will leave you high and dry. We prepaid for a bin for one week and when it was delivered, our bin was already one third full. This was then picked up two days before the agreed pick up date without explanation. When we called we were told that he needed it elsewhere. So just take from a paying customer in order to take from another one? We were promised another bin over and over as we had not finished loadi g the first one and despite many calls and promises, this remains unfulfilled even now, one year later.
Do not deal with this company as there are plenty of others out there who actually provide the services agreed upon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being told by another bin rental company that my scheduled bin would not be available I called Dumpstars. Chris was able to provide us with a bin last minute for our pool deck concrete demo. It turned out that we required three bins for the disposal. First bin was dropped off on Friday and picked up Monday. It was dumped and returned within 2 hours. Second bin was picked up, dumped and returned Tuesday morning before 8 am. After completing our demo the third bin was picked up first thing Thursday morning. Chris Gallo was very quick to reply to my text messages and very easy to work with. We will be ordering a general disposal bin for spring cleanup in a few weeks. Thanks Chris!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with the service from Dumpstars. I needed a bin in a rush, and Chris went out of his way to get it to me within two hours. I also needed it picked up at a very specific time, and he removed the bin at 6:15 am, which was a huge help. The service was professional and worked out better than I had expected. I will use this company again.
