They communicate well, organize the junk and try and maximize recycling, and they invoice via email and it's all very professional and yet casual. I really like this crew. I have had many different companies help me over the years, and what I appreciate about them the most is how well they separate the junk materials and try and recycle the most. They don't just throw it into a large truck and put it in the garbage. If you are looking for a reliable and effective junk removal service, I highly recommend OK Junk. Marcus.

Spent hours removing it, and did a great job taking everything. Price was cheapest quote by quite a bit, I'd use them again for sure, and recommend! Was a little nervous at first as his truck didn't look professional, there was no decals on it etc... but he himself was very professional and the job he did speaks for itself.

Not only did he get everything cleaned up, yes "cleaned" up in less than 20 minutes, he also took the time to eradicate my pesky wasp nests that were in the storage tent. Just call him "Nas the fearless". Would highly recommend and would definitely use his services again.

And a great value to boot. It’s no wonder his business has 5 stars. And you bet he will be the first I call when I need junk removal next time. He responded to my message immediately, and showed up early with such a wonderful, cheerful, helpful attitude. I know exactly who I'll be calling in the future when I move. I booked a time through their central reservation, only to be contacted the day of the scheduled pickup to be told sorry we can't get to your location (Big White), because of the weather and Road conditions. I called OK Junk who immediately had truck enroute to my location. They had no issues getting to my location. Very professional and polite. I will definitely use their services again. I also saved money using a local Kelowna Business! Thanks for the great service!
