★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been years since there was any staff at Millar Ave. Mid management has been bullying marylin for years and upper management and HR turn a blind eye. The people in these stores are great but midmanagement really shafts the people doing the work as far as pay and expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man behind counter isn't very pleasant to deal with, he couldn't be bothered in offering options for what paint works best for my application. Made it out like the customer is an idiot for not knowing what products they have to offer when it is his job to represent the products they sell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great. Looking for product to stain a deck that's been up for a year. Spoke with Tom I believe about flood products for the deck. Great information. When it comes to paint, stains or products to make the application easier, Marilyn and her team at Dulux are top notch. Always excellent advise and they will always help you find the appropriate product for your situation. Never a question that they cannot answer. The only people that I deal with regarding paint and necessary products. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing customer service. I asked my girlfriend to go and get paint mixed as I didn't have time during the day. The staff made her feel extremely uncomfortable and stupid for not having a knowledge on all things interior paint. As a 'premium' quality store I expect more from the staff. They should be about passing along knowledge, not belittling less paint-saavy customers. Will never go back, there are many other places to get paint products.
