Corey went out of his way to try and find a part to fix my door (which was not part of my SGI claim) and spent a lot of his time trying to troubleshoot the issue I was having with it. I was expecting a large labour and time bill but he ended up barely charging me anything! I highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Some more repair was needed to my car and Corey took the time to explain to me what it was/how it likely happened/etc. Very professional, but also did not feel like my lack of car knowledge was ever being taken advantage of. Car was so clean when I received it back! Will fully recommend to anyone to take their vehicle here for any needs!

They accommodated my schedule, worked around my custom accessories and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcome. My truck was ready a full day earlier than promised and was returned to me absolutely spotless inside and out. The paint and body work the boys in the back completed is top notch. I highly recommend Mark’s Auto Body and would trust Cory and the crew with any of my vehicles.

When I didn’t like the original price, Cory worked with me to do fixes that were best for my vehicle and budget. Best surprise possible having my vehicle spotless inside. Won't be disappointed and above the rest. Will be going anytime needing to be fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my truck there to have a tailgate replaced. The tailgate has a spring to help with the weight of the tailgate when you close it. It made an very loud snap when I tried to close it after the replacement and the weight distance was not there. Obviously not installed correctly.
I also took my wife’s car there for hail damage repair. When we picked the car up the weatherstrip from the hood was thrown in the hatch and not installed.
I didn’t notify them the first time …. Likely should have. ….. the second time I was just mad and disappointed. I wanted to like them. But to 2 for 2. I won’t go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our car was hit and required repair. I'm very particular about my vehicles and believe I have high standards, especially for autobody and automotive work, as I'm an avid "car person". Cory, Linda, and the team at Mark's Autobody have been fantastic to deal with on this occasion, and a previous one. The color of our vehicle is very bold and they color matched perfectly as far as I can tell. Their great attitudes and great work help make us feel valued as customers. Definitely recommend, though I hope we don't have to return ;)
