They were busy and couldn't get to my repair for a couple weeks but I was not in a rush. He gave me regular updates over the phone and was very helpful and knowledgeable and determined! He spent a lot of hours on it before finally finding the issue and didn't charge me for the extra labour. All the staff I dealt with were friendly! Highly recommended!

I reached out and sent some photos of the issue, they provided a quote very quickly, I brought it in and a few days later it was good to go! Pricing seems fair, they updated me after doing the initial inspection, they were very polite and upfront on pricing. Gave me an explanation of what work was done and what to be careful of if I need to dismantle it again. Laptop is all good now. Thank you!

I was a bit disappointed with their communication on the customer-service side of things, but nothing that would stop me from returning to their shop. Overall very positive experience, was able to receive my pc same day (payed a fee for rush)

I had an broken lcd display screen that was also the computer system for an expensive steam machine! Unfortunately getting a replacement unit sent out would have taken several months due to the shortages. To make matters worse, nobody in the city would take on the challenge, since nobody was familiar with the unit. Ducktoes was my last stop before calling it quits. The team there was excellent, the service was top notch, they kept me updated with the process, and best of all THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX THE UNIT!!

We brought our PC in for Virus Removal & Optimization on Monday, they said they’d be able to have a look at it in a few days and should have it done by Friday. It wasn’t however. He was then promised it would be done for sure on Monday and to come in then around 5:00PM. He went down at 5:00PM and it still was not finished as promised. They said they would call when it was ready the next day. So we’re now at the following Tuesday (8 Days in). We didn’t receive a call, instead we called at 3:30PM and they finally said it is ready. They did fix everything…. almost! The viruses were removed yes, but we had to call them back because one of our drivers was not functioning properly. We were unable to open one of the programs, kept seeing error messages. We had one of the techs fix it remotely while we were on the phone. Really, this all should’ve been done and ready for use when we picked up our PC. Overall, they do seem like good people, and maybe I just had a bad experience, but they need to deliver a little bit better on their promises.

Ran a test that I later found takes less than 2 hours but lied to me that it was on overnight. I was content to paying an expedited fee but from the technician telling me I would pay for an hour of service then changing it to an hour and a half when I arrived minutes later and nothing was changed with the device. I was not explained how the laptop was turned back on and they later (1 week later when my laptop turned off) told me it was by luck and they didn’t have to do anything. The money was never an issue but I can’t help but feel like they took advantage of a desperate customer. There are much better computer services out here in Calgary who will give you a full honest rundown of all solutions. This place is not it
