★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the first few times I brought my shirts here went fine, I brought one of my work shirts in for cleaning and when I went to pick I up, it was torn. There was no tear when I dropped it off (what would be the point in dry cleaning a torn shirt?). They insisted it was torn when I brought it in and then I was given a phone number to contact the boss. After explaining the situation, he refuses to admit they tore the shirt and refuses to compensate me for it. He asks me how I can prove that they tore it, which I can't. But who on earth would dry clean a torn shirt?!?! Now I am stuck with one work shirt working 5 days a week and washing and ironing my own shirt every day. Don't go here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company badly needs to keep their information updated. I dropped off an item and was told it would be ready on this day at 4.30pm....the staff person even verbally said 'ready Friday at 4.30' I went to pick it up at 4.30 and there was a sign on the door saying they now close at 3pm!! I realize Covid has caused things to be not normal, but it takes mere minutes to update online info and to have staff give out accurate info. I do not live close to their location so I was not pleased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an absolutely horrible experience. I took two wedding dresses to them the week of my wedding, neither needed much just a little steam. My grandmothers dress was completely ruined due to two LARGE snags in it. The other was a brand new dress that I just needed the wrinkles out of and the ones that were put in were far worse then it had been when I dropped it off. When I went back to ask for a refund or a complimentary service I was offered a dismal discount on a next service that would hardly cover the tax. Paid over $156 to end up behind where I started.
I suggest you drive elsewhere if you need any services, if you value your cloths.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t go to this place. I wanted my pants getting washed (pants had a few stains of paint). After 3 days days I came back and the pants were still dirty. Nothing happened, except for losing $60 to this shark. I wanted my money back, the employee behind the desk didn’t even speak English, she gave me the owner on the phone. He was yelling at me and didn’t want to be reasonable at all. Never ever again. Don’t do the same mistake by promoting this place!!!
