I took a friend to a wine tasting for her birthday and I booked Keys Please ahead of the event. I could not be happier with the whole experience from beginning to end. The person I spoke to when booking was friendly and professional. Our driver Amanda was friendly, personable and is an asset to your company. I will sing Keys Please' praises to everyone! I am so happy a quality service like this is readily available.

The drivers are usually couples that are out trying to make sure you and everyone else is getting home safe.
They’ve always been friendly and prompt and most of the time quicker than the ETA they’ve given me.
They cost to get you and your car home safe may seem a little steep, but it’s cheaper than taking a cab home and back and more convenient.
I’m am grateful for them.

The driver offered to park my vehicle on m garage and asked me to get out and pay the driver and I left my purse on my vehicle as my fob was in my purse so I grabbed a credit card from my wallet and got out and after almost 10 minutes he finally parked my vehicle and stole my wallet and cell phone. Please don’t say I had too much to drink as I hadn’t as I don’t drive after 2 glasses of wine. Keys please would not have a manager call back but gave rhw driver my husbands contact information and we received uncomfortable phone calls. I had to file a police report

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very responsible, friendly and professional drivers to take my car home when I had a few too many at dinner. Quick service and was only about $60 total to get me way across town! It would’ve cost me more to Uber each way to pickup my car in the morning.
