old lady failed me on get this indecisiveness to parelell park ..meanwhile when I got into the vehicle she told me there would be nothing asked of me to do illegaly , I came to drive in a truck and I guess she's unfamiliar with how large the vehicle is so after driving for what seemed to be getting a ridiculous amount of time she finally finds a spot downtown by the mews. This spot had no one because it's a "no parking here this Is a drive way" in big letters. "You will be towed at your own cost"..This lady says oh just parallel park here . I said um I can't like this is a driveway pulling into the street , if there's an emergency in those apt buildings i won't be able to get out fast enough in this truck .. it'll be an issue .. she said . "Oh just ignore it like it's not there and just park!" .this lady was rushing me a new already scared driver to park. And completely obvious there's a sign saying do not park! Park at towers cost... Like really!? Any who, beacuae I was scared and had taken forever talking to her. she lets me park but failed me she yelled at mehalf way thru to turn the other way meanwhile if she hadn't had been so rushie and rude with me to begin with I wouldn't had been flushed and confused on turning . This place is legit a money grab. For anyone who gets this really short older women with meduim dirty blonde to brown hair .. I recommend u say you're not feeling well and book a different day for a different instructor if you can't book outside of Pembroke . For those that can manage to get outside of Pembroke .don't book here !!.. as she doesn't know how to read simple instructions or follow her own word . Instructor also told me to come back in two weeks to bokk the danm test again .and refused to provide me with the paper work reasoning to why I was failed .

Old lady thinks and behave like queen Victoria and absolutely rude! She fails for not speed up to 80 from internal road to highway merge during G test! I am on race track or what? And I go through Google reviews and found she has racial behaviour towards lot of people who doesn’t belong to this area! Now someone will say because she failed I wrote a review but This is reality of that lady! Absolutely unprofessional lady who need retirement ASAP! Good luck folks!

I passed my g1 test here, first try and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Studying is a must and don't forget: BRING YOUR PASSPORT or birth certificate ( and guarantor form)!!! I highly recommend this place and I am very excited to return for my road test!

Gave 2 stars because the staff inside were very nice for the most part, but would give 0 if i could. Had the old lady everyones talking about, she wouldn't do my test due to a tiny crack in the passenger side windshield which was not in the line of view. I have talked to several people who have recently came to this location for their road tests with even larger cracks and they were able to complete their test, only difference is they had a nice gentleman as the driver instructor. If you are going to enforce rules, ensure it is consistent between instructors and you dont have certain instructors making their own rules.

Staff were friendly. Woman doing the driving exam explained expectations before we started. No public washroom on site and test was 40 minutes later than what I had signed up for. All and all a good experience.

Just took my G test there this morning and the lady failed me for “not looking enough” when I was constantly checking my mirrors and would see her staring out the window not even watching me as I did so. Told me she “has been doing this for 20 years I watch you like a hawk” she definitely did not. Also told me I “drove too slow” on the highway it was an 80 I was going about 78. I drove two hours to do that test and I should’ve passed it. I did everything to the law. I don’t recommend anyone to go here. For a test however the lady who greeted me as she opened up was super sweet, wished I would’ve had her to do my test.

Passed my G here on the modified route they had for covid. The admin staff were good, were helpful and accommodating. They made sure to follow all covid guidelines. It wasn't very busy and didn't have to wait very long. The examiner Josh was also very accommodating. He gave very clear instructions throughout the test, and made sure it was not a stressful test. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend anyone to do their tests here. Just be careful if you are coming from a bigger city as the highway and inner town roads are a bit different and can be tricky.

Ok so here we are, posting the exact same complaint as everyone else. And yet, this old lady is still continuing to do the test. She is totally rude and fails people for no reason. I have had both my own kids and my relatives go through this old women. She fails almost everyone for all the same reason! Check out the rest of the reviews! She is just looking for money. 91$ as many times as she can get it! I don’t usually post, but we have had enough of this. Her typical complaint is checking mirrors. How often can a person check their mirrors before it’s actually considered unsafe!!! She clearly is not paying attention and if she is, she’s failing people regardless. She will say how well you did on everything else but apparently nobody checks their mirrors enough. If you were to swing your head around anymore then you already do, it would be unsafe! This women needs to move on. Hope she reads the reviews. She’s horrible at her job. It’s like she gets satisfaction out of intimidating people by failing them. Anyone who has passed this test that I know, just got lucky. Doesn’t matter how you drive. She has poor judgment. Move out lady!
