★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dark haired woman behind the counter is the most rude and disrespectful person I have met in a very long time. When you call to see if your package is there they never answer the phone and when you bring that to their attention she'll tell you how you how it is and how *I* am not the one who calls, they are - really.... Screw you guys - your customer service is pathetic. Always a hassle getting a Purolator parcel from her. Purolator corporate will be hearing about this yet again.
