Made me feel so proud to drive it home. Lovely customer service, quick at responding to messages, up-front about the cost, and very friendly! Would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to get their car all cleaned up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty disappointing experience. I arrived early for a booked appointment at 10am and no one was there. I waited thinking someone would show up and called at 10, just to be told that they thought I wasn't coming because my brother had booked it on my behalf as a gift, which makes zero sense to me. Rather than call and check with the person who made the booking, they just assumed no one would come and didn't bother showing up. I had to put my keys through the mailbox hole while they came down and I waited for a cab. After seeing my truck, there's plenty of missed spots and little attention to detail. I was expecting a nice and clean finish but it's very subpar at best. Overall, it looks like either the booked time was not fully used or it was just quick and dirty, which is not what they advertise. Save your money and find somewhere else or do it yourself. If I treated my clients like this, I would have no business to turn up to.
Edit: after the owners response, they have just resorted to lying as they made no attempt to confirm the booking at all. Without even referencing the images that shows a subpar job, I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you just want pet hair and mess removed, I’m sure people are generally pleased. For higher end finishes and attention to detail, this isn’t the place.
