My first time paying for exterior detailing, as normally we would do this ourselves. Fair Deal did an awesome job with clay bar, wash, and polish. They got all of the nooks and crannies around the bumper and door jams. Our truck looks great! Would definitely go again.

Went above and beyond detailing the outside of my white tacoma.. had road tar and a year of brake dust all over it. Was blinding white when I picked it up. Price is reasonable but also invaluable as I could never get my truck that clean

GREAT interior detailing job! I had a white retriever puppy shed all over it, but they removed all the hair and the pollen stain that came with the car when I brought it pre-owned 3 years ago. The puppy shed in it for about 6 or 7 months so that was a big job too.

I recently bought a used 2008 F150. I shopped around for a place to do a full interior and exterior detail. Sonny and I worked out a package. I picked up my truck today, and wow, I am very impressed. He even went above and beyond to buff out some surface rust on the front bumper. The truck looks 10/10 now. I would use Fair Deal Auto Detailing again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Sonny!

I would not recommend this company to anyone, ever. As seen in the pictures below, not only do they pay no attention to detail but they have done something to parts of the electrical system in my husbands truck and put all of his floor mats in someone else’s vehicle. His aftermarket sound system is no longer working correctly, as well as his 12v outlets. But worst of all, when the vehicle is started, and in park or drive, the horn keeps randomly honking. You’ll be driving down the road, minding your own business and the horn just blows repeatedly out of nowhere. This has never been a problem until today. My husband noticed this immediately, while still at their shop, and when he asked, he was told “it just started honking,” well obviously it had something to do with the carelessness of the detailer. There is visible sections missed all over the vehicle, you can see where the cloth has been wiped through the build up of dirt/salt. They clearly do not know how to apply wax to a vehicle, as there is visible drip marks and patchiness over the entire vehicle. I don’t know for sure if this is water marks, soap scum, wax or a combination of, but it looks and feels awful. The exterior detail did not include under the hood or underneath the vehicle at all. The interior is just okay, but as seen in the pictures, there is still dirt and buildup on the floors and paneling. I can reach my hand in spots with a cloth and wipe it too, but we hired what we thought were professionals with the necessary tools and equipment to preform their job and do a more superior job than what a child could do. At a steep price of $360, I would expect professional results, and this was the furthest thing from. An automatic car wash does a better job and it’ll only cost you $17. Not to mention, you’ll save on time or another bill to figure out what has happened to your electrical system. Save your hard earned money for somewhere that actually takes pride in the work they do. Fair Deal Auto Detailing, i can’t even trust you to keep track of some rubber floor mats, there is no way I would tell someone to leave their vehicle in your hands. Heck, I wouldn’t even let you detail my plastic Little Tikes Coupe. Note: We only asked for an interior detail, but if you are going to do the exterior anyways and then charge extra, make sure you are providing what I am paying for. Note: This vehicle was driven no more than 3km from the shop when all of these pictures were taken. The bumper picture was taken later in the evening but it had not been driven again.
