I have been a client with Drayden Insurance since 2006 or 2007. They have always been very helpful, informative & friendly. If we have any issues we have our own broker to help us, and if it is an emergency there are other people in the office that are willing to lend a hand! Drayden reviews our policies yearly to make sure that we are getting the best coverage! They also do a great job of educating you on why the coverages are important. I would & do recommend Drayden Insurance to anybody! They are a fantastic group of people who make sure you feel that your home & auto (any insurance or Registries needs) are covered, so that if you have that emergency...you know you are covered!!

Thank you Drayden Insurance for not only the great and helpful service but the friendly faces when I walk through the door. I've dealt with Drayden for many years and I've never had an issue with renewals, requests or quotes and the relaxed manor in which everything is handled is a treat. Thank you Amanda for a job always well done and for always having my best interest front and center, and thank you to all the front end staff for the fast and friendly way you handle my needs.

I have been a customer of Dryden insurance since they were situated in Legal AB...approx 40 years ago.. I have never considered any other insurance broker at any time in the 40 years I've been with them. There's has never been a need....I already have the best so no need for the rest ? Dryden has been awesome...always at my beckon call ....Always very professional, prompt and courteous. I can't imagine anyone regretting being a client of Drayden Insurance ...not ever !! ? My broker is Amanda who is just awesome but when not available Diane is ALWAYS more than willing to fill in.....she is an amazing broker as well as a super person.. Luv them all !!!

The women in registries is not useful for anything, she did not specify the correct changes we needed to make to the bill of sale. So we drove 2 hours to the person we bought it from, got the bill of sale corrected and we go back. She still denied it because the corrections were not right. She did not specify in the beginning what we needed to do. Complete waste of time money and gas. But why should she care. She is not there to help, she’s just there to get paid.

Drove to register my trailer that I just purchased. Due to the whole COVID thing I had a online bill of sale. Got to the registry and was helped by a older gentleman that refused to even look at a online BOS. He insisted that it had to be a paper copy and proceeded to berate me for what ever reason (I’m unsure if he was frustrated at me or the fact I was using a online BOS?) I walked out with audible chuckling from people as if I should know better. Called the barrhead register and was informed I can use a online BOS for anything now due to the current situation we live in. Registered my trailer the same day using only electronic paperwork. My advice for you Bill is to maybe not jump the gun and assume your right all the time and learn a thing or two about humility. I’m not the only negative review directed at you. The rest of the staff at this Register are top notch from past experiences and I have never had a issue. The review isn’t meant to smear the register as a business but more a reminder that no one knows everything & we rely on you as the subject matter experts when we go to a registry and to treat people with a little respect.

Terrible customer service. I called ahead to find out what documents we needed to complete our task. Got there to find out that they won't accept said documents. The man we delt with made a point of calling his boss to ask, even though the woman working with him told him he could accept it. It wouldn't have been so bad if he wasn't so rude and condescending. His questions were wildly inappropriate and he was clearly unhappy in his position. He was very unprofessional and not helpful in the slightest. We will not be back.

Second time is a charm, right? Not in my experience! I walked into Draydon a week ago, and asked for a quote on tractor/auto/home insurance. They asked if I had previously received a quote from them - I said, I tried to awhile ago, but the lady didn't get back to me for 2 months, and by then, I had found someone else. Ohhhh, we've been busy...staff changes, etc. Ok. Fair enough. I get it! I'm busy too. I believe in second chances. I gave all of my information to the employee, in a 30-minute meeting, and she told me that she would get back to me by Monday, which didn't happen. I swear, they can't even be bothered. Which is disappointing, because I'm going to eventually need commercial insurance for my business, and they are local and convenient - but they are clearly too busy to take on more clients. You'd think they would have made an effort to contact me, since I had told them about my 2-month wait last time. Definitely don't waste your time at this location.
