It seems like before I was with BIG I was calling dozens of insurance providers each year to see if I could get a better quote to avoid premium rates going up. Since I've been with BIG, my broker, Paul, has been proactive about reaching out to me ahead of my renewal to let me know if there's any discounts available or better options at other insurance companies. I'm extremely happy with BIG and would recommend them to anyone looking to find the best rates for their home/auto insurance.

Kevin was wonderful and helped me get exactly what I needed for auto and tenant insurance. He walked me through the steps and made sure I understood what I was getting into, and got me a cheaper rate then I was already with.
Never knew how fantastic it was using a broker to help find insurance but he made it so easy. I definitely recommend him and BIG company, especially for younger people who don’t know that much about auto or tenant policies.
