★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service. Waited for 20mins to be told they dont have bill of sales anymore. But I could go on there website and print one off myself. I came in to get one because my printer had no ink. I dont care if they charge for them but makes zero sense that a registry doesnt provide bill of sales. I wont ever come back again and will tell everyone I know to avoid this registry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the line for 30 mins, to get the the exam knowledge, based in their info before I had to come 1 hour early to pass but they didn’t let me do it ,Worst registry ever, unqualified, very slow staff, not helpful, I don’t recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transferring my driver's license was positively painful. Working with Sylvie and Sam was exceptional. The system they were working with was absolutely ridiculous and they navigated through it like bosses. I needed to make several trips back and some how they de-escalated the situation every time. Thank you for making this nauseating situation pleasurable.

I will certainly be recommend her to all my friends and anyone who needs any insurance. Would give a 6/5 if I could

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been doing well with Drayden for many years but we are very disappointed with our recent experience changing our young girls' names.
Things went well first, we received girls' certificate of name change but no new birth certificate. We went to the desk to ask and a lady there told us we had to apply for new birth certificate. So we paid again for applying for new birth certificates.
Today we have 4 birth certificates in mailbox for my 2 girls. Obviously that lady has no knowledge the name change/birth certificate process and let us pay the second time for the second copy we don't need.
Update
We had very good response from Drayden registries operation manger and the issue was fixed! Thank you and thanks to Layne.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve gone to Drayden Insurance for years and haven’t had any problems. Today I had booked and scheduled my Advanced Drivers test. I showed up at 1:35pm - 30 minutes before my appointment and waited in line. A few people skipped the line, there were only 3 tellers on, and quite a few people in line. Once I finally got up to a teller I was told they were running behind today and they would check to see if the instructor was ready to go. She came back and told me since it’s past my appointment time I would have to come back another day and rebook with the fee of $160. After waiting almost 45 minutes to see someone, being told they can’t fit you in, sure I get it, it happens, but asking me to pay the fee again is pretty ridiculous…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lines were long and slow, but not their fault as the government services were crashing. The bright star was Janice. I had been to two other registries today trying to re-register a long expired plate for an old motorcycle. Two other registries sent me away for absolute trash reasons, not willing to actually look. Janice scanned my license, and within a couple minutes, had the bike found, did the paperwork and sent me on my way. She didn’t require ANY of the b.s. the other registries required, she just solved the problem. Thank you Janice! Janice gets 5 stars, Drayden gets 4.
