★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online vehicle registration was simple and fast. Stephanie contacted me right away when I had trouble completing online because of a pro-rated registration. It saved me a trip to the registry and from waiting in line, which was incredibly important during the current COVID pandemic. Everyone should renew their vehicle registration online with MAC Insurance & Registry.

With the nature of our business it was very difficult for us to find and insurance company willing to take us on in the middle of a pandemic. I have switched both my home and auto insurance to Mac; the process was simple and fast and they offered great competitive pricing compared to other insurance companies I had contacted. As for their registries, they have the absolute best customer service. I specifically only go to a Mac registry as I know I'll be greeted by someone friendly and helpful, unlike other registries where the staff are very unpleasant. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am in the process of putting together a business plan. I reached out to Trevor for some insight on what his thoughts were. Since he has a plethora of experience in many different industries, but also has worked with many different industries on the insurance side. I wanted to pick his brain on if he thought my idea was out to lunch, or feasible. Especially on the insurance side; understanding that a business cannot function without proper insurance.
After our chat with Trevor, he left me with information I had not considered. And a “to-do” list that I need to think about and steps complete, before he can start looking at insurance options for my new venture. He even recommended I get quotes from multiple brokers, when time comes to compare, as each may have slightly different offerings based on what companies they work with.
I am still about a year out from this venture taking off, but having a professional, like Trevor, to reach out to has proven to be a great value.

I phoned Trevor Taylor from Mac Insurance and he immediately stated he was on it. Trevor was personal, knowledgeable and easy to reach. I was able to obtain insurance with ease despite closing right before Christmas and giving Trevor the wrong unit number. Trevor corrected my error and made sure my insurance needs were met. All and all a wonderful experience with Trevor Taylor at Mac Insurance!
