★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jim prided such a fun and relaxing atmosphere for my daughter’s first photo shoot. She normally has awkward smiles when she knows that someone is taking her photos but he was able to bring natural smiles out of her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE: We were refunded in full, however we still have not been given access to the photos which we would be happy to pay. The August 2020 photo session was the last birthday my mother celebrated with us and it was captured by Jim. Mom passed away in March and Jim has actively refused to provided photos for us without any reason. I honestly cannot understand how we have wronged him. This transaction should have be done and done in 2020. Instead it continues to be a festering wound that Jim could begin to heal for us. I remember how joyful she was on that day, having her family around her for her birthday. We hadn't done a big family photo session like that in about 10 years. I just want those family photos. I've tried to reach out to Jim to no avail. It's devastating to say the least.
ORIGINAL POST:
We did a large family photo session with Jim in August. We had a viewing session, and made our selection, along with full payment. Hoping to have the photos for Christmas, but despite various emails and phone calls, we have not been able to get a hold of Jim, and he has not reached out to us. We are now $2000 out with nothing. It's devastating to say the least. We thought he was the real deal, and I am really hoping we haven't been duped.

Once the pictures were ready to look at he took the time to grow through each shot with us so that we could pick the best ones for our homes. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave Jim a referral for my aunt because she needed new headshots. Jim got in touch with her right away, and my aunt was thrilled with the results. She had such a fun experience and Jim really captured her own personality.
When she got the headshots, she asked if he could touch up a few spots with her hair and he did that with no problem - making her feel and look 100% amazing.
Thank you Jim for being so fun and also so great at capturing the perfect photo!
