I have a small job plumber for leaks and stuff but I needed help with more complex work. I found Drain 1 and called Pavlo whom I found to be extremely honest, intelligent and careful. His team was in the day after I called and were in & out one day with some heavy work (jack hammer and snaking). The house was very clean when they left. The work well done. I am bringing Pavlo back for some additional detective work on another long standing problem.

Less than an hour work. Wanted $345. Thought I was getting a lawyer to put together the sink drain! Declined the quote and went with another.

We've had an ongoing problem with an ejector pump and Pavlo quickly diagnosed the issue (something two other plumbers couldn't do). He offered some potential solutions, and it was promptly fixed. Pavlo and team were very professional, knowledgeable, took care to explain things and cleaned up afterwards. I trust them to help and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

He used his state of the art technology, and diagnosed our problem. During their first visit I was provided with a temporary fix and then the next business day the team was back at our home permanently fixing our pipes. For added security, we had a back water valve installed. Something that we wouldn’t have considered if we hadn’t been educated about its value. I highly recommend this company. We will be using them again.

His price was fair and he's transparent about all the costs. I got two other quotes, his was right in the middle. A second time he sent his guy to fix a leak the next morning. Again, honest, responsive and fair pricing. I left his plumber at my house alone while I ran errands and no issues. I've worked with him and his team twice now and I'll use them again. When we called him during a crisis he came straight away, identified the problem immediately and went on to fix everything. He is good at communicating technical issues to laypersons and went above and beyond to help us understand what had gone wrong with our water-heater, boiler, and radiators. He was responsive every time we needed to get in touch and extremely generous with his time. We are new to the neighborhood and feel lucky to have found such a knowledgable and reliable plumber--would recommend him highly to anyone.
