Very professional, efficient and friendly. The whole process took about an hour and a half (the blood work and x rays were conducted in the same building) and the results were available in 3 business days - Impressed!

Receptionist was very well in her profession. She gave me an appointment date which i asked (earliest). Dr Nicole was very nice and expert it took only 15 min on her part although the whole exam took 1.5 hours but it was smooth. The most important part is that they take only 3~4 business days to submit the exam report. They use e-system so you don't need photos with you. The staff was very friendly. You can ask for the report with a nominal cost. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants RIGHT SERVICE at RIGHT PRICE and on RIGHT TIME.

I got my Immigration medical exam done at Dr. Ciszak's clinic. I am always nervous when visiting doctors; especially when it is related to matters such as Immigration, Visas, work etc... but I would, without the slightest of hesitation say that visiting Dr. Ciszak's clinic was by far the most calming doctors' visit ever for me. Every step of the process is progresses seamlessly; from the layout of all the relevant information on the website, the booking procedure, the clear information that I received from the receptionist prior to the appointment, the paper work, the directions (clear and precise) to the labs, the time lines, info about what happens after the examination, answering queries that I had - a week after the examination. I would describe the Receptionist and the Doctor in three words: polite, professional and kind, and yes there's also a dog who brightens up your day...

I'm going to file a complaint with Office of Consumer Affairs with the service, of the lack of it I received. I missed my first appointment and was charged $200. That is more than 50% of the $380 for Immigration Medical Examination for two people. That is not acceptable. They make you accept the agreement that says that and that's their excuse. It's a shame they don't call you if you're late for the appointment as I live next street and could have made it easily. These days all professional health practise do that, some of them even call a day before. I then rescheduled and missed the appointment again due to health issues and was charged $200 again. When asked to speak with the manager of the receptionist, I was told that there's no manager. I asked whether they would be able to call an hour before the appointment, but was told that they can't do it. Also, the e-mails they send they don't book your calendar, and the receipts aren't in PDF but just embedded text. As poor service as the website itself. Overall, paid $400 for nothing and still has to do the exam. Very unsatisfied.

I like the attitude and service from the doctor. BUTTT!!! For those who receive Canadian Immigration Medical Exam, BEWARE of the staff in the lab on the second floor. They never called my name when I was waiting for the exam but claimed did (I was sitting three meters away those staff and you were doubting my hearing issue??!!). And then I asked three times the same question about the exam content nicely. HOWEVER! A elder nurse/receptionist only replied me that my credit card was declined. Oh God, I know my card was declined and you did not have to behave like I had an agenda or something. I could conclude that they ONLY care about money. I mean, if you are in a receptionist role, then please understand services and procedures are the two and the only two you should ensure, which sadly you achieve Neither of them! Last but not the least, what annoyed me the most is that after I paid with my debit card (my credit card was declined three times), she, the receptionist/nurse, started to hurry me to get inside the office. I had to take a bit time to put my wallet into my bag. And she seemed super impatient. Seriously? You looked pretty patient when I proceed payment. Anyway, the lab service is a disaster

I had the best medical exam experience possible! There was no waiting time. Just did a few checkups in doctor’s place for a few minutes. Then I had to go do an x-ray and a blood test both of which are in the same building. The x-ray and blood tests also didn’t have any waiting delay. The whole thing finished in less than an hour. You should definitely go here. They also have a (somewhat old-looking, but perfect) detailed website where they outline everything from pricing to what to expect. I heard there are other doctors that make you wait for hours for each step.

I would say the best and the fastest service I’ve gone through for immigration medical exam. The receptionist was nice and the doctor was excellent. Clean facility. Don’t be surprised but for this test you have to take off your clothes except for underwear but don’t worry they are very professional about it. The whole test was done in 50min. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get the medical exam done for immigration purposes. The X-ray and the blood test is done in the same building. Being a brown guy I was treated well. :)

What a joke of an office. Took $200 for an incomplete medical exam for immigration. Immigration looped back around and said that there was more information required. I was told by immigration that the original doctor would have to be the one to provide me with more information regarding this information needed. I contacted the clinic and was then told the doctor who completed my medical exam would not be the one following up. I was also told that a follow up would cost another $300. I don’t understand the point of paying for such a fee if they cannot take responsibility with ensuring that all of the provided immigration information is given to the correct people. She tried to argue that the form was complete but was also unable to provide me the details as to what was missing. I questioned how she can be certain that everything was submitted if she also claimed she had no visibility into this form. She provided me with examples of if I had cancer or high blood pressure in which immigration may require more information about. If the doctor is specialized to assist with immigration, would this also not be something to ask DURING THE TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT if I did mention anything that could have been a concern?! The receptionist refused to refund me after I claimed they did not complete what I paid them to complete. I requested that I be contacted immediately and the receptionist told me she would pass the message along but could not guarantee anything unless I agreed to their terms of paying them more money to follow up with me. Honestly so disappointed in choosing to visit this clinic and they should not be allowed to be a recognized panel physician as they clearly cannot offer assistance unless you pay them hundreds of dollars. Even then, what’s the truth and what is just deception to get more money from you? Edit: Dr. Ciszak contacted me via email and then via phone to discuss this review and the interaction I had with their receptionist. He called this review false and defamatory even though all of my interactions were true. I’m entitled to my opinions, thoughts, experience of my interactions and free speech. Upon a call, he questioned all of my ratings for my review and asked if I thought he was incompetent - I believe his receptionist is incompetent and the fact that the right question was not asked at the time to avoid additional issues was not completed which is where the knowledge rating comes in. He claims to have 4-6 issues like this a month, again, for someone who actively sees issues like this, why was this missed. He asked about his willingness to help and I said, obviously not as they refused to assist me unless I paid the fees. The email from immigration stated that a panel physician will need to open the file to advise me of the next steps. He confirmed that this process takes time and once the file was originally submitted, it is out of their hands. For a case that needs additional information and the Dr to tell me that it’s β€œout of their hands”. I would believe that the original doctor or clinic that I paid $200 for would be the one giving me a follow up as they were the ones I originally dealt with. I forwarded the exact email that I received so there should have been no confusion or misunderstanding of what Immigration was requesting. Unfortunately, this still isn’t the case and they did not want to assist me without the fees and definitely not after I posted my previous review. He threatened that he would be sending notes to immigration about me - which is fine since i’ve already opened a case with them regarding this clinic. He also questioned if I thought he was greedy - this is an easy yes. Immigration was shocked when I told them that the clinic wanted more money from me to open my file, so clearly something here is not right. It’s disappointing that responsibility was not taken, there was no apology for the interaction or how I was made to feel, and instead I was harassed about my review instead of providing empathy and assistance.
