★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning I tried to call the office to make an appointment. Dr. Hulliger had told us to call her office directly if something was going on. Yet, a receptionist with the attitude of a doctor overruled and told us that we had to go through our family doctor. However, that adds another 2 months to the waiting time, which of course is not acceptable when dealing with health. It is a shame that doctors do not check whether or not their receptionists have ego issues, as it can endanger the health of individuals. Then again, doctor's can get away with anything and are not held accountable, so why would they care? A big no-no to the office staff of dr Holliger
