★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was seeing a doctor here for almost a year, it was such an unpleasant experience. I get a lot of anxiety seeing doctors for other women's issues because of the way the doctor here brushed me off- I feel like I won't be taken seriously. Eventually they put in a referral for me to see another doctor that worked here and they didn't call me for an appointment until almost a year later. By that point I had seen another doctor elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited 9 months, in pain every day, then the doctor covering for dr. Collins refused to see me for a second opinion. Even on the phone with her she didn't want to listen to what I had to say and brushed off my symptoms. Worst experience with a doctor ever. Unethical to turn a patient in chronic pain away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was seeing Dr Leon for 2 years and he came to a conclusion that I needed a procedure to help me alleviate my symptoms but then he had decided to retire. He referred me to Dr.Baxter 2 years ago in June. She then literally brushed me off 3x in separate appointments approx 8-10 months apart. She then last year told me that she had wanted to give me an IUD. I expressed several times that I did not want this and she appeared aloof and very dismissive to my needs. She then insisted I get ANOTHER ultrasound to confirm the procedure that Dr Leon had prescribed. And that took another 3 months. The office nor the doctor called me back for 4 months after that. So it’s been 2 years and I still need the procedure and I refuse to see this person again when she clearly doesn’t care one bit. Terrible bedside manner with this Doctor who will speak to you like you’re an imbecile. Even if you have a high education with a medical background.

Made me feel beyond comfortable with my decision and spent the time talking with me. Truly blown away with everyone. Thank you for being so kind.
