★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a slurpee from here. I guess I grabbed the wrong kind of cup and I was charged for both a large slurpee and a small at the same time. No explanation given, just this is how it is apparently. Pretty disappointing for an out-of-province tourist to Vernon.

Given the location, unfortunately many homeless people can make customers and staff uncomfortable. Dealing with difficult non-customers on a daily basis is handled respectfully by staff and management.
A great store and I'd not go anywhere else for daily coffee and snacks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go here everyday and the "sketchy" people never bother me in fact some of those homeless people are quite nice don't let the appearance fool you. They just want to be at a place where they feel safe. My experience in the store has always been good unfortunately when it gets busy in there people think the staff are lazy but this is just not true so blue moon esso gets a big ?
