★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going elsewhere. Nice doctor, competent, but.... He arrives late, disrespectful of my time that I've taken off of work to make my appointment. Parking is atrocious so I've received $60 tickets for going overtime on the meter (due to late Dr. Kashin).
