Leanne for my cleanings and Dr Friesen for several fillings and crowns and my teeth have never been in such great shape. While going to the dentist will never be a fun experience ,it is one i no longer dread ,get stressed out about or avoid. Granted my 17 year loves the dentist and happily books appointments for her birthday ,since it is fun for her

The facility is state of the art, and all the staff members are well trained and friendly. I learn something new on every visit that benefits my dental health. I have absolutely no reservations about coming for regular visits during these Covid times. Every precaution is taken to ensure that patients and staff are kept safe. Five stars for this facility.

After the procedure, Dr. Friesen explained what I should do to help my gums heal between now and eight weeks when I see him again. I am very pleased with everything.

I picked iDental because it had really good reviews and I can walk there from home. So happy I did! I haven't really needed to see a dentist but I do spend a lot of time with my dental hygienist, she is wonderful, very thorough, gives me good information, and somehow keeps me very motivated to do the dental care procedures she gives me. My periodontal health improved a lot even from the first time I saw her and is continuing to improve. And as I have very little insurance, she's also always mindful not to create unnecessary costs for me. One of the best choices I made in Winnipeg!

I went to Dr. Friesen because he was located in the same building I worked in at the time. I made the right choice. I trust him and his staff fully with my care. They are always happy and reassuring, and take time to explain everything. They are compassionate when an emergency appointment is needed and do all they can to try and accommodate. They are skilled as well, and in my experience, have taken what I understood to be complex situations and resolved them with ease. I look forward to my appointments, as the team are professional, skilled, and actually enjoyable to be around. Couldn't recommend more!
