N	Navjot Kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody called me for postpartum checkup appointment , i tried to call so so many times and left 10 voicemails, but haven’t heard back for 6 weeks, i decided to drop by and book my appointment, dr le wasn’t suppose to work on that day and her staff as well. I wrote a note and gave it to other receptionist( she left that note on her desk) but still nobody called me back for 2-3 weeks, i might need to go again, its 7 weeks since i gave birth and there is no follow up for checkup. Worst experience!!

I called yesterday to see if I could get an appointment as soon as possible . I was told I’d get a call back today with an appointment. I called in and now I’m being told the OB may not see me and needs to review . I’ve been left in a pretty uncomfortable Situation and feel extremely mistreated and reception seems to care more to get me off the phone rather than actually trying to help their patients .

Her receptionist has always provided great customer service. I confidently referred her to my sister when she migrated as well and she has also found Dr Le to be great.

I went in November with concerns of Endometriosis and I was told I would be called back when they get my ultrasound back. 3 months passed and no call. If anything about a month later I kept trying to call the receptionist but I was constantly put on voicemail - for MONTHS. I find it ridiculous especially considering in their voicemail it says they’ll get back to you ASAP. Dr. Li is amazing and very kind but the organization of this place is horrible. I couldn’t imagine the stress of people who have more urgent issues like pregnancy.
A	Amanda Sousa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After seeing all of the negative reviews about Dr. Quynh Le, I was concerned about having her as my ob but I’m glad I gave her a chance because I had a great experience with her. Her reception desk was very professional and provided my upcoming appointments right away. I was able to bring my toddler to my appointments which most offices don’t allow due to covid reasons. It really made scheduling appointments so much easier for me and was so convenient. Dr. Quynh Le always requested I redo tests or ultrasounds if there were any concerns to make sure baby was okay. When I delivered, I had a different ob but Dr. Quynh Le made time and stopped in to check on me and baby. I would definitely recommend her. The only downfall is that the wait times in the waiting room are around 30-40 mins but I’ve had worse wait times in the past.

She asked a lot of questions and took the time to try to get to know my partner and I. Very happy with the first impression. The receptionists were nice and the office was so pretty and clean! Ecstatic I chose here to be my main point of contact for my pregnancy!
