★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is horrible. I booked a consultation over the phone but when I arrived at the clinic I came to find out that my appointment was never booked. I booked another appointment for a Thursday and the receptionist told me that the consultation is free. When I went to my appointment on the Thursday, I came to find out that the consultation is not free and that the receptionist was giving out wrong information. Also, the radio advertisements are false because they also state that the consultation is free. The receptionist was also arguing with a customer over the phone and then proceeded to argue with me too. Fix your business before you lose more customers. Never going back. Waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Querashi is a really good dentist, but the receptionist is really disrespectful and has 0 respect for her clients and will start swearing and is easily agitated. The clinic is also really unorganized, if you make an appointment they will take walk-ins before u and make u wait for hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Qureshi is an excellent dentist. I have known him for years and completely trust his opinion.However, I have noticed that sometimes patients can be quite unreasonable and rude by being late in the first place and drive him crazy. Otherwise he is very pleasant and considerate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service!!! dr qureshi is a horrible dentist with ZERO customer service. Anything he says contradicts with what he said the previous time you meet him. I DO NOT recommend going to him for ANY dental purposes!!! Absolutely a rude man!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would very easily. This is the most unprofessional clinic I've ever been to. The staff is incredibly mean and uncaring for the patients. I have driven to this location so many times and been forced to leave because the clinic was closed and there was no notice of it or the appointment was cancelled without me being informed. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I highly suggest the staff learn how to treat their patients and create better forms of communication so time and money is not wasted.
