F	Faizan Zaidi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall really good quality pizza. Always hot, fresh and ready to go. They just need a little bit more cleaning of the tables and better washrooms. The pricing is pretty decent and affordable for almost anyone. Menu has quite a lot of options to choose from.

My one big issue with their pizza is that their dough makes my stomach turn everytime so I stopped buying from them. That being said if you don't have that problem it's good for a quick bite. This specific location is filled with highschool students so expect a very loud experience and fights at times.
B	Ben Huynh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Ordered two pizzas online. Called to check on status of delivery after waiting almost an hour. Turns out they hadn't even started our pizzas yet. We somehow missed their order confirmation phonecall (they didn't have the type of crust we wanted) and rather than leaving a message or calling back, they just left our order in limbo indefinitely. I understand that they are busy but they really need to respect their customers' time a bit better than this. Common courtesy would have been to try to contact the customer more than once rather than just leaving them hanging. Update: The 241 call center offered to rush deliver our order for free as an apology. While this was a nice gesture, this ultimately made things even worse: We waited another 40 mins before calling them back. Again, our pizzas had not even been started yet! Apparently, the local store refused to honor the order now because the pizzas were free. Rather than notify the customer or the call center of this, they again just left my family hanging indefinitely, wondering where our pizzas were. Asked head office to reach out to me about this terrible experience but I never heard back from anyone. I will never order from 241 Pizza again.
r	rico nicholas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store never has any non meat options for walk ins. I work 8 hours shifts at the plaza an cant even get a slice of cheese pizza to eat. Staff at this site dont seem to care. There was a dead fly in a slice of pizza under the window. They also contaminate other pizzas buy making cheese or other on one side an a meat of sorts on the other side. Overall just annoyed of this place.

We went to this one as we were in the area and due to the Provincial Law, masks are to worn indoors at all times. When we put in our order, were told to pay when it was ready and protocol was being followed. As we waited, the staff making the pizza took their masks off. The cashier took his mask off and even the delivery driver walked in mask less. Unacceptable. We turned around and walked out. Rules apply to all establishments. I was totally turned off.

A	Andy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This 241 location is blatantly falsely advertising their pizza slice prices. It's the principle that makes this infuriating. As you can see in the picture, the sign say $3.99 for 1 slice of pepperoni pizza. The lady charged me $5 for a slice of just cheese pizza. I've taken a picture of both for your reference. I'm baffled at how someone can just get away with advertising something so clear on their menu board ( screen ) and they would turn around and charge more for it and to tell me too bad and call corporate??? Which I did and apparently, they don't have any domain over walk-in orders. I've since sent an email to an address the call centre rep provided for me. 241 is a nostalgic pizza brand that I grew up with since I was a little kid. But this is just blatant disregard of the customer experience and I'm pretty sure is probably breaking the law in terms of advertising. 50 cent is not a lot of money, it's their lack of integrity or even care for trying to at least update their prices if they're going to charge more. Want a good cheese pizza slice for $5? Go to Pizza Luca just down the street. You'll getter better bang for your buck and their pizza crust is way better and bigger.
