P	Patti Nicholls on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleased with my appointment with Dr.Lai. The office staff is very pleasant and the facility impressive for testing hearing and very clean. Dr. Lai resolved my ear iissue with a procedure that took only a moment. The doctor is thoughtful and listens to your concerns.I would highly recommend him. The only problem is that it took several months to get an appointment, not his fault but just the demand is great on this specialist.
s	s mcgo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Lai is very skilled, humble and gentle. I had surgery on my ear and it went extremely well. I am know able to swim and do activities I could not before. I was very anxious pre surgery since I had my appointment over two years before. I really liked how Dr. Lai helped ease my anxiety about the surgery before hand and follows up with his patients immediately after the surgery. He also did an excellent job giving me post surgery instructions about the activities I could and could not do.

He did everything he could for me and the issues I was having and helped me find a solution. He also performed my tonsillectomy and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be before and after the surgery. I would definitely recommend him as an ENT to anyone in need.

I recently went into surgery for Inferior Turbinate Reduction and was very nervous due to how and where the procedure is done (within the nostrils). I thought this might be a very painful or extremely unpleasant experience (to say the least) but to my surprise I did not feel a thing. I definitely attribute this to Dr. Lai's very steady hands and assuring demeanor and professionalism.

He did listen to my concerns but seemed rather impatient when I had follow up questions. When he did answer my questions I found him not to be thorough in his explanations. Im sure he knows what he is talking about.. I just found that his communication lacked... felt like he just wanted to end his day. He has to be the most monotonous doctors I have ever met.

He made me look like a crazy person when I literally said “I am asking for MRI because it has been frustrating that there has been no solution since March.” He told me not to take my frustrations out on him and talked to me in very condescending tone as if I was a raging lunatic. After waiting forever for this appointment and after being advised by multiple doctors to ask for MRI referral, he reacted as if I was simply impossible to deal with. I guess I have to swipe health card at least 50 more times to get anywhere near solution for the problem. I won’t even get into how many times I had to follow up to even get this appointment because his office “did not receive the fax from the hospital.
