Dr. Paul Oxley - Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery

I was set up an appointment with this specific surgeon from the hospital! And i cant directly rate the doctor himself but what i will say is after all the headaches and money cost for cabs! Learn from the mess I just had to go through! Make triple sure the receptionist books you actually has you confirmed! Make sure receptionist has you confirmed in the right office and he is actually working that day! He has multiple offices he works in! I went super early for my appointment with this surgeon to the address on my paper to find out he not working. From a different doc receptionist. She looked up my name and told me i needed be elsewhere. The secretary never actually booked me with this surgeon and never gave me any instructions where i needed to be. I had no cab phone numbers so took over 25 mins to get help from building to find another cab to go to his other location ask help desk where to go. Look me up. I wait and almost never got seen. Because I still under impression im seeing this surgeon. And the receptionist at new office never put my paperwork in. Surprise- i find out im seeing his "surgeon friend" here at the other location! No idea who he is! While all I was never notified! Not once! Receptionist never answers and when she does call back generally too late so pointless! So if you love waiting games, surprises and b.s. from receptionist great place to start! I feel bad for surgeon probably a good one! But his receptionist needs fixing!

Honestly there is no one quite like Dr. Oxley and his team! They are so caring, generous and professional, I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon to be apart of my journey - they go above & beyond everytime. Thank you Dr. Oxley and Sandra for everything you have done, you make this world a better place

Dr.Oxley is a wonderful doctor. I have had multiple procedures and I am so happy with all my results. His staff is so friendly and greet you with a smile always. Dr.Oxley cares if ur happy. He wants what's best for u and will always give his best advice and opinion. Will always go back to him when I want something done.

Dr Oxley is amazing. I had a bilateral mastectomy with immediate reconstruction. He did an incredible job and I get so well looked after the entire time. His right hand Sandra is also an incredible woman. She is on top of books and appointments and always gets back to you ASAP.

**** Breast Reduction Surgery**** My experience from the consultation to surgery with Dr. Oxley was positive across the board. From the time I met him for my consultation , I knew that I had complete trust in his abilities and there was no turning back. Dr. Oxley has great bedside manner , and as a patient this is incredibly important when discussing any form of treatment. He was happy to answer any of my questions and put my mind at ease while explaining the possible risks involved. There was a one year waiting list to get my surgery since this procedure was going to be covered under my MSP ( so grateful for this !). Almost to the day - a year later I received a call with surgery date options. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and I appreciate dealing with administrative staff who are knowledgeable and kind. Dr.Oxley had a short consultation with me prior to going into surgery to ask if I had any further questions and I was able to discuss the size I would like my breasts reduced to. Dr.Oxley assured me I would get the size I was wanting. Post surgery - the hospital staff were very attentive and a follow up date was arranged with me and I was able to go home the same day! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the amazing experience I had as your patient ?Your name will be recommended to anyone I know looking to do this type of surgery! P.S - please keep in mind that negative reviews are that of patients own individual experience and many different factors need to be taken into account while reading the negative comments. Try not to form a bias based on previously written negative reviews. Dr.oxley has been one of the best surgeons. and Sandra , words can’t explain how helpful she is. I know I could be annoying. She was super sweet and always trying to help me. I have SOOOO pleased with my results so far it’s been 2 weeks post-op. Surgery was smooth.Super impressed. I’m glad I picked Dr.Oxley For my Breast surgery.

Dr.Oxley is a great surgeon. My upper eyelids were bothering me for a while. I was referred by my family doctor to see Dr.Oxley. When the first time for consolation, he was very friendly, confident and active.He answered all of my concerns, including if can cover by msp. He sent me for the special eye exam, after 2 months I got a call from his assistant Sandra and I just had an amazing blepharoplasty 3 weeks ago. The surgery went very well as he has 18 years experience. I was very comfortable. He explained everything to an intern. Just 3 weeks, I can see the difference and I am so happy with the result. I will be back when I need any plastic surgeries. Highly recommended. Thank you so much Dr.Oxley and your team.
