For me, health is about removing the bad and adding in some of the good; making positive changes in a manageable and sustainable way. If you are feeling unwell this approach works well, even if you don't have a diagnosis or if all your labs are “normal”. Some of the treatments I utilize are: Acupuncture, Bowen therapy, lifestyle counselling, advanced laboratory testing, nutrient supplementation and herbal medicine.
