Not told it’s been cancelled as you didn’t arrive 15mins early. Where is this in writing? I’m going back from a botched surgery from 5 years ago. Will be seen by another dr now.

N	Neilla Amero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i waited for 1 1/2 months for an appt. Being on disability i was anxious to see Dr Unger for some answers. My foot has many issues, but the main issue was the only one written on the requisition by my Dr. Dr. Unger took one look at that issue, couldn't see anything (was in the middle of the foot on ultrasound and not visible to the eye), He said "don't see anything so i can't do anything. " I asked him about the other issues in my foot and he said he only made allowance in the appt. to look at the one issue. What a waste of time ! And he gets paid for that. His personality is one that is really lacking any form of professionalism or empathy. There is something wrong inside my foot causing me pain...I won't be going back there! Very disappointed !

I followed google maps which had me go through a construction zone that made me 10 minutes late, when I arrived I was told that I would need to reschedule as he is completely booked. I tried calling twice to let them know I was stuck in construction, never was able speak to anyone. The lack of understanding and empathy for my situation was never even acknowledged. It would be nice to have been told there late/cancellation policy. There lack of communication is unprofessional, I would not recommend this office or this Dr..
J	Jackie Rainforth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was terrified I was never going to walk properly again after a LisFranc fracture. Two surgeries by Dr Unger and not only am I walking, but I am pain free!!! Sure I swell up sometimes (planes/over use). But from what I understand from another podiatrist it is a miracle I don’t have daily pain!! Yes his bedside manner is the worst I have ever seen... but his surgical skill is a gift!!! I wanted to be referred to someone else when I read the reviews... so glad I didn’t!!!! He is a phenomenal surgeon. Ask him questions, he’s gruff (overworked perhaps?) but he’ll give you great advice!!
