Dr. Jonathan Wu is a Master of his profession. The quality of his work is admirable. Dr. Wu is the first and only Dentist who suggested to me about not using freezing when it may not be needed. I agreed with the suggestion. Consequently, he was able to perform my gum line fillings without freezing and NO PAIN. Evidence of an artful skill and patient care. Outstanding. The quality of patient care is also reflected in the staff and office. As soon as one enters the office, the patient is greeted by a 'Wonder Woman' who is welcoming, intelligent, efficient and well organized. I have been a patient of Dr. Wu for many years. He took over the practice from my previous dentist, Dr. Gutman, after he retired. When Dr. Gutman introduced Dr. Wu to his patients, he gave Dr. Wu his best recommendations, and Dr. Wu fully justified them. If I were asked to describe Dr. Wu in a few words, I would say: hard work, punctuality, patient care, commitment to excellence. And this is in addition to his high professional skills. I have always been pleased with his service. The day after the visit, Dr. Wu calls me on the phone to see how I feel. He is happy to answer any of my questions about treatment. The main thing about Dr. Wu is that he is a perfectionist. He will never finish his job until he is sure that it is done perfectly. When I arrive at Dr. Wu's office, I feel completely calm and confident. The staff at Dr. Wu's office are pleasant, friendly and attentive. Its administrator Fidelia never forgets to call me to remind me of an upcoming visit. She helps me with my insurance and planning of my next visit. Or even with an appointment with other specialists, if I need it. She is very friendly and pleasant to talk to. The nurses are skilled, tidy and work great. Many thanks to Dr. Wu and his team! I regularly do cleaning and filling in his office and have no plans to move anywhere else. I would definitely recommend Dr. Wu to anyone looking for a good, reliable and qualified dentist. All of the staff are efficient, incredibly friendly and very thorough with all details of your appointment. Dr Wu is kind, gentle and takes his time and explains everything in detail so you know what to expect. I get the distinct feeling he really takes pride in his work and is detail oriented to make sure he does a great job. He went out of his way for a follow up call rather late into the evening the day after I had some work done to make sure I was okay. I highly recommend Dr Wu and his clinic.
