A	Amy K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Lau didn't do a thorough look at my toothache. I went in an emergency on a Saturday. They took an x ray and didn't find anything wrong and I was in so much pain. I went in with a lot of pain and left with pain. He wanted to see me again in another week. Same thing and this time I left in even more pain. I went to another dentist a couple of days later and they took care of it right away. I wasted a lot of time and money going to this dentist but it was a learning experience. If you have a lot of time and money to waste, go see Dr. Frank Lau but if you want something done right the first time, I suggest you go elsewhere.

You are always greeted warmly by Shelley the receptionist and the good wi continues throughout the entire visit. Dr. Lau always wants what's best for you. He discusses all options and explains everything thoroughly. You can literally fall asleep while he's working, which I have done twice. You always here about little kids being afraid of going to the dentist, but my kids looked forward to it, because they knew he would never hurt them. I would highly recommend Dr. Lau to anyone. 5 STARS in my book.
S	S S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Lau took over the practice of my old dentist who I was a big fan of. All patients were told to give this new dentist a chance and I so regret doing so. Throughout the years, he made many mistakes. I had no choice but to go to another dentist and pay for fixing his mistakes. It was a disappointing and terrible experience. I will never, ever give another professional so many chances. Dr. Lau and his staff are extremely unprofessional.

The other team members including Shelley the receptionist have always been on top of things and taking care of all my needs. I have always had a pleasant experience visiting the office and highly recommend the practice if you need a dentist.
