S	Simon Lewis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally disappointed in this place. I paid $65 for a contact lens 'teach' to show me how to remove and put in my contacts. The girl doing the demonstration told me she doesn't even wear contacts except when she has to in order to 'teach' and she needed multiple attempts to get the contact out. The whole 'teach' session lasted all of 15 minutes - so a rate of about $260/hour (I'm not including the few minutes I was left sitting there while she attempted to remove her contact as I don't think that was supposed to be part of the experience). I was able to keep my 'free' trial pair of contacts and a tiny trial size bottle of solution, which the girl opened and used in the demonstration despite having an open bottle already on the table and available to use. I guess that makes sense that they would use solution from my tiny bottle. I mean, it's not like an optometrist's office would get a deal on solution right??? When I got home I had to get my wife to show me how to remove and put in my contacts properly, as the method I was shown was taking forever. When I picked up my year supply order I was given one tiny trial size bottle of solution (because I complained) whereas my wife received two giant boxes of solution at no charge at the LensCrafters in Conestoga Mall on the same order. Not exactly a level playing field. I gave two stars because the doctor is good and friendly and the staff were okay until I raised my concerns. I recommend heading to Conestoga Mall if you want more bang for you buck!

Ian is very friendly and makes my daughter (who has social anxiety) comfortable for all of her appointments. The rest of the staff is friendly too. They do try to up-sell additional services that you can decline, though I do believe it my sons case it's covered (additional services are images of your eye). We don't deal with the people next door so I can't comment on that.

He took the time to explain my eye health and was so very professional. The eye exam was so intense. Covered everything you could think of. The technology was amazing too. I will be returning for all my eye health needs. And then you go next door too a huge variety of frames and a very professional staff. I am so impressed with the whole Lens Crafters Company. Great job and you got one happy returning, referring customer!!

They immediately took me in and performed Retinal Imaging. I was really impressed by this machine and was informed prior that this is why exam was not $80 but $120. After seeing it first hand I can see value and almost like getting an unbiased second option for free. Doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable to, I like how they explain all aspects of your eye visit, don't rush you when they have people waiting and make sure your ready and have all you need before diagnosis is complete. Def, recommend this clinic for eye exam.

My youngest was very nervous but the office assistant allowed her to watch her older brothers be tested first. This made her very happy. They were also able to get all of us in on short notice. We will definitely be coming back!!

He's always a pleasure to meet, and I appreciate his thoroughness in the eye exam and how he explains things. If you're looking for an optometrist I would definitely recommend his clinic.
A	Alexandra Jaszkul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO TO THIS OPTOMETRIST IF YOU HAVE A STRONG PRESCRIPTION I was scheduled for corrective eye surgery last year. A few months before the surgery I went to this optometrist and was given a significantly stronger prescription with a wildly different axis (my prescription is ~-9.00, so quite strong). Because of this I thought my eyes were changing and cancelled my surgery. I got glasses and realized the prescription was very wrong and went back to have it fixed a couple months later. The eye doctor told me that it wasn't his fault, that I had bought too cheap glasses (not true, I have bought glasses from the same place my whole life) but he reluctantly reduced the prescription. I was now (a year later) able to go to my normal eye doctor who says my eyes have barely changed in the past 5 years and that I am still a candidate for surgery, however I no longer have the insurance coverage for the $7000 surgery. Thanks to this optometrist it will cost me thousands of dollars to be able to see. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
