Last year I decided I wanted to go for naturopathy because of my constant iron + Vit B12 + D deficiency which was not going away despite all the pills I was taking, as well as my uncomfortable bloating after certain meals. So when I found Dr. Jiwani, I did an allergy test and a hormone blood test (with my MD) and realized I had many food allergies and PCOS, so I was then prescribed natural supplements for them and literally 3 months later, I did another blood test, and I wasn't deficient anymore in all 3! I stopped the diet last year because of stress and I wasn't in the right place to commit to a diet, but I went back on it in Feb 2022, and I feel GREAT! I'm sleeping better, no more period cramps, no more bloating, no more deficiencies, my acne is getting better! I'm working on my hormones now and food allergies (as gut healing takes time) with Dr. Jiwani. Believe me, I have tried other REALLY expensive naturopaths who charge an arm and a leg per hour, and I didn't get CLOSE to the same results as the results I've gotten from Dr. Jiwani. She is highly professional, has 25+ years of experience under her belt, and responds to emails SO FAST even on weekends!! Other naturopaths won't bother if it's not a part of their shift. I went to Dr. Jiwani with autoimmune issue and a chronic arm inflammation problem. I did a blood test for food sensitivities. It’s been almost a year following the diet and taking physicians research pills. I have lost over fifteen pounds and feel great. Inflammation is non existent. You may think you are eating healthfully by eating vegetables etc, but if you are sensitive to them, you will get inflammation. Everyone is different. I highly recommend Dr Jiwani. I feel so good that I would not mind following this diet for life.
