★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a surgery for our kid and first they do not leave time and date on a voicemail and when you call you do not pick up for days together. Oh by the way, doctor told us why you took so long to come and then he saw that we book the appointment for over 6 months and then he shook his head. I think his staff is ruling him.
In any other country where we pay them upfront and not through our taxes, they would be out of business yesterday.
However, we love the Doctor, very nice, kind and experienced

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Mendelsohn is an excellent doctor! He is very calm, kind, and patient. He answers any questions you have and is very dedicated to his work. It's a shame a lot of these reviews reference poor admin - I did not find this was an issue at all! The admin staff is super friendly and kind (alsocommunicate mostly by email, which is much more efficient).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took 6 months for my toddler to see Dr. Mendelsohn. My family doctor sent a referral and to his office there was no response. When my child had another visit with the family doctor. We shared with him that we are still waiting on call from Dr. Mendelsohn office. My doctor got in touch with them right away and we got an appointment 6 months later in June 2020. Receptionist service rate is 0 star and Dr. Mendelsohn is a 5 star. He's a good doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to see the doctor for my tinnitus he said we have no cure for it not even surgery and you should buy a book on Amazon and read it it will help you ,and that you are loosing hiring but did not gave me any hiring aid. This is what free health care means but I pay taxes . I am disappointed with the doctors and the way they are treating me

He is a professional doctor, respected, a good listener, with great experience, and one of the best ENT specialists I have visited. Also the 2 receptionists are professionals and do a great job . Thank you all for the great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Jeffery is an excellent doctor. The front office staff are bad communicators. My advice is to use email to talk to them when possible. The clinic deserves 5 stars regardless of the difficult front office staff. You need to be patient when waiting for appointments.
