s	s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was missdiagnosed and the medication I was given was making me worse. The doctor told me I just needed purpose and to go back to work. I was working before I started the medication I didn't just need purpose. I think he doesn't take mental health seriously. Every time I went in I was seen by a different student doctor who would then discuss it with him and come back and tell me what the Dr said. No one can be diagnosed properly if they are seen by a different person every time not to mention a student. I realised this was not effective and asked to only seeing Dr Profetto. That is when I was told I just needed purpose. No I was actually miss diagnosed. I got a new doctor and was properly diagnosed.
P	Patricia Funes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was just there with my fiance. Dr. Profetto did not listen to anything he had to say. He has mental health problems due to a car accident, and Dr. Profetto disregarded any symptoms or concerns my fiance has and just told him he needs to suck it up and go back to work. Instead of looking at the injury, and analyzing the area, he was telling him how what he was feeling was not true, pretty much saying that his symptoms are not what they are because Dr. Profetto did not believe that. He does NOT listen to his patients, he does NOT take their symptoms into consideration. Horrible doctor.

Our family loves the reception staff, I know I do. They’re always courteous and friendly, even remembering us by name. I always leave feeling better even if it’s just to pick up a letter.
