★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son was referred to the doctor recently. First appointment was in January. She gave him a prescription for a cream. When we had a follow up appointment I discovered that he wasn’t taking the cream as prescribed. So we went back and he was instructed not to stop using the cream. It’s August and the cream is NOT working. I tried calling the office almost 20 times. The voicemail message says that only leave a message to cancel and confirm appointments. Messages won’t be returned otherwise. Call back during office hours. After repeated attempts to get someone live I left a message. Called again today (Monday). Got the receptionist live only to find out that she discharged him because the treatment was “working”. Well it’s NOT and the last time we had an appointment we had established that he needed to continue to use. So what makes her think it was working when he still had acne and now it’s worse and he has been using it more often?? To top it all off because she discharged him, I would have to get another referral from our family doctor and she isn’t taking referrals at the moment. THANKS. It’s a hard pass for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment was for 10:30 but they made us wait for 40 minutes before seeing my child, be aware there is no parking I had to park my car where I was not suppose to so thats a bummer, if you have young kids good luck with that, upon bringing the attention to the doctor she told me, "you do not have to come here" so basically that is a nice way to say get lost and never come again.. that says alot about this place..
