Very knowledgeable and attentive.

Love Dr Caronzo and Moira. Never waiting long. The only complaint is trying to get through on the phones is hard sometimes. But otherwise very friendly.

review date: march 17, 2022 customer service date: ongoing since 2018 back in 2018, dr. caronzo and dr. pinto took over the patient roster for the retired dr. falletta. i had been with dr. falletta since the 1970's so i was happy for his hard work and sad for his retirement. dr. f had a good heart and did a lot for me to try and help me out thru the decades. that being said, i am glad and grateful to have dr. c has my GP. the biggest improvement was appointment access times (with dr. f it could take days and often times weeks to get appointments, and you would be waiting for up to 3 hours once you were live on location) and actual waiting time at the office... with dr. c if you have an appointment for 915am, you will be seen within 15 minutes or less of said time. you will be also given your full alloted time to talk about what needs to be medically addressed.? when i had my first visit back in 2018, i was actually amazed with the quick and efficient service, and told the office that this was "modern medical care for the 21st century". dr. c and the admin lady both laughed ? but when i explained everything above about the long wait times, they advised me that they wanted to make sure everyone had fair access to medical care because a lot of complaints were made about the old ways, hence why they split the roster with two doctors, in the same office. dr. c is a good listener and sincerely cares to see the patients improve themselves. dr. c. is also a quick thinker and good at getting to the bottom of a situation relatively fast. makes good decisions and knows what procedures to use and when. ? the admin staff, while i have had my ups and downs with their performance, overall are good at this time of review. the nurse (lizette), at the time of this review, is polite, relatively thorough and patient with explaining information when the office needs to call you about bloodwork results, as an example. i feel the city's medical future is in good hands with the young people such as dr. c. one star gets knocked off for the difficulty at times to reach a live voice for booking appointments. also, be warned that parking on the property can be a royal pain in the butt, as it is limited and can get jammed. in the winter, snow clearing will limit even further, the parking spots available. bottom line: i would continue to have dr. c as a GP of choice, and would recommend his office to others if they are in the market for a doctor. ?
