Time to look for a doctor who actually cares about their patients and someone who can answer a phone. This is not cool at all.

What a terrible service just very unprofessional. He is lucky to get any patients and can thank to Canadian gouvermant since we have a huge shortage of dr in this country.
N	Nat Ds on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not going to write a review, however after reading the reviews below I did feel like its important to share our experience with Dr. Cusimano. Dr. Cusimano has saved my uncles life. My uncle was having issues with his health and we were doing all the testing we could to find out what is happening. During our search with the help of Dr. Cusimano referring us to other specialist. He saw on one of the test that there was something odd and send us for further testing. Had we not heard from him so quickly my uncle would no longer be here. After the surgery was completed and we had a follow up with Dr. Cusimano. He took his time to speak to us and answer any questions or concerns we may have. He was extremely supportive and made sure my uncle was happy leaving him with all his questions answered. It makes me super upset seeing these bad reviews and yet no one write a actual good experience they have with him.

Be patience. He and his staff do their best under the circumstances. If you have nothing nice to say then don’t say anything at all. Great Job Dr Cusimano and Staff!!
P	Pikachus salty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Cusimano is great, but it seems the clinic is very poorly run. Getting ahold of the clinic is nearly impossible for one. Second, the receptionist acts like she's annoyed whenever you call and can be pretty rude for no reason. Lastly, whenever I request to refill my important prescription, they don't get back to me or the pharmacy. I just sit waiting for days, which leaves me without my medication. I specifically am not allowed to request this medication early, so what am I supposed to do? I'm going to be looking for a new doctor because I feel like they don't care.

He never rushes you out and always takes the time to listen to you and takes care of your needs. Our other Doctor retired and Dr. C. took us both on as new patients, on top of his own patients. We are very pleased to have him as our Doctor. Couldn't be happier.!

Given the amount of patients he took over from other doctor. He actually cares about you and listens to you. Always gives great advice and explains things to you, so you can understand. Maddie at the front desk is awesome! always helpful and compassionate. This is an awesome group of people that deal with high volume of patients, and do a great job. Thank you for taking my parents and looking after them. I am so happy to have you as the Family Doctor.
