Dr Cox's office became insufferable and became borderline desperate for business. They would constantly email and call me reminding me that I'm overdue for my cleaning. I told the receptionist, Nalma, that I received the message(s) loud and clear and I will contact them when I was ready and to please stop sending me reminders. I am an extremely busy person with a very abnormal work schedule. Despite me asking them to stop contacting me, Nalma continued to pester me to book an appointment. This is a recurring incident as this happened to me three years ago where she would constantly call me when I was at work. This says a lot about their business. After 12 years, I am now no longer a patient of Dr. Frind cox. Their unprofessionalism finally drove me over the edge. My sister, who was also a patient for an even longer time, also left because of Nalma. Nalma, get your act together and treat your patients with class and respect. You reek of desperation.

It turned out that my tooth didn’t have a crack and it was a muscle problem. Thanks you so much Dr Cox. You are the best dentist I have ever had!
