The staff were very accommodating and made an appointment for her. Dr Tse was amazing! and found out there were foreign partials in her eye. So thankful we made an appointment with him!

Showed up for my appointment and was met with a very cold reception. Gave my name and was told that I didn't have an appointment and that my spot was booked by someone else. Receptionist then left me sitting there and started talking to another patient, took their info and walked them in. Never came back. Maybe i did mess up the booking, but the absolute frigid reception was uncalled for. A simple "sorry this happened to you, can you come in on..." would have went a long way. The ad online claims same day examinations, guess not in my case! I have already made an appointment elsewhere.
E	Emily Battler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ me being the jumbled brain i am totally thought i had my apt on the 24th of feb but it was actually the 24th of march. i drove all the way from oshawa to make a 530 apt. i realized when i got there i got the dates mixed up. the receptionist was amazing and realized how far i drove and how flustered i was told me she could fit me in to see dr tse right away. they were really nice and so accommodating in fitting me in when they didnt have too! the receptionist was amazing and so sweet! thank you for fitting me in! and dr tse was great also!! thank you again :)

They care about their patients and always make them feel welcome. My whole family sees Dr. Gupta, and we will continue to receive care from her for many years to come!!

I had to cancel my last appointments For myself and my daughter I tried to reschedule which resulted in appointments very far out. Fine it’s Covid a lot is going on. I check on line and there are multiple appointments ? I then call today as I was sure my appointments were in February but I wanted to make sure they fell when my daughter is home on break and was told again of appointments very far out. I am annoyed and told this is what I can book as I need evening appointments.. I also mention that I looked on line the last time and saw multiple appointments when I was told something different. I am angry, I let the receptionist know to cancel Them and I will check back in a couple of weeks and again look on line for the appointments available and there is again multiple appointments for the times I am looking for. I don’t know if it’s a poorly communicated system or what it is but I have been going to this office for years and am pretty disappointed.
