★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ian Renfree, an hour an a half into the day and already an hour behind on his appointments. Can't take new patients, more than likely due to his lack of time management. The unusual hours already make it hard enough to book in to see a doctor but not being able to keep scheduled appointments eliminates the chance of going on a break, just take the day off work.
