They are not really honestly in it for the best outcome for each patient and if they make a mistake they will blame it on you or make an excuse. They are very full of themselves. Don't dare question Dr. Ara Elmajian. He has the attitude and demeanor of a tyrant.
A	A. Snow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's not a day goes by when I don't regret going to this clinic. I don't usually write reviews but I want to help prevent people having the same experience I did. I had a tooth removed by a dentist who works at this clinic, and it's likely the tooth didn't need to come out after all. After he extracted it he said that it wasn't anywhere near as bad as he expected and when I asked if it needed to come out I got a very unconvincing reply. When I saw new dentist (at a different clinic) they were horrified that this tooth was removed and this work was done to me. Now I need to get an implant and the whole thing will cost me over $8,000 and I've had to go through what has turned out to be totally unnecessary and highly invasive dental work. Extremely regretful I ever went to this clinic. Please be careful.
H	Headstash Music on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Ara for chronic shoulder pain in 2015. On the first appt. he told me he was going to make me better. No question. I have suffered for years so this was music to my ears. And when I left the office the first time I had no pain at all for a week, like a miracle. But then it came back. After spending over $5,000 in prolotherapy, PRP injections, and vitamin bags, and Ara changing his tune to "I might not be able to make this pain go away" I stopped going there. Now enrolled in a government run pain clinic, I know a lot more and suspect that first visit he may have just given me a nerve block to mask the pain and make me feel hopeful enough to keep coming back. He was also quite arrogant boastful about his skills, which was annoying. I do believe in the science behind the work this clinic does, and hope I'm wrong about Ara, but my personal experience makes me feel otherwise.

But he over promises and under delivers. His so called treatments cost me thousands of dollars and didn’t solve the pain issues. Avoid him like the plague!

Great technical expertise and demonstrated skill. Ara is friendly and has helped me tremendously. Only place for me. May 2018 Update: Flying in again from Austria to have maintenance work. May 2022 Update: Returning to Canada from Dubai to have Ara review my condition and do maintenance as needed.
