Working with Amanda for over a year brought so much healing into my life. I was really scared and frankly hesitant to invest in myself but working with a Naturopath LITERALLY saved my life. Before working with Amanda my lifestyle including eating many of the inflammatory foods that wreaked havoc on my gut lining & digestive system (dairy, corn, gluten, eggs, processed foods). I suffered with hyperthyroidism (an over active thyroid), chronic IBS-D, leaky gut, multiple food intolerances, eczema and a thyroid nodule. An extensive list to say the least. When I started noticing my health deteriorating, I realized something needed to change. Anxiety, irritability, brain fog, moodiness, fatigue, diarrhea, bloating you name it, these symptoms disrupted my ability to function every single day. I didn't get the support I was looking for with my doctor so I invested in a Naturopath, and I'm so grateful that I did. She really took the time to ask me thought provoking questions and provided me with solutions to test out each week. She also provided me with a calming massage which was just what I needed to calm my nerves each week. I can confidently say that Amanda helped heal my gut issues and supported me in uncovering the right path for my unique situation. I am now able to go to the washroom regularly (3 x a day) versus 10 times before seeing her, I can leave my house without being preoccupied about using the washroom or what foods I can eat. My clothes fit me and I no longer feel belly bloat everyday because I know which foods I need to stay away from and my mind and skin are CLEAR! My IBS doesn't prevent me from living my life anymore!!!! Her suggestions were practical yet effective. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for IBS, gut or hormone support.
